1:1 Intuitive Eating Coaching
We assist you in de-shackling the burden of diet culture, and work towards developing body respect and kindness. Together, we will work through the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating so you can rediscover the joy of eating – guilt and shame-free.

Eating Disorder Recovery Support
We take a holistic, individualised approach to Eating Disorder recovery and treatment, understanding that each client has unique needs, experiences and situations.

Events, Talks & Workshops
Our team regularly delivers engaging talks and workshops on topics such as Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), Non-Diet Nutrition, and Healing from Diet Culture.
SO WHAT EXACTLY IS INTUITIVE EATING?
We’re so glad you asked! Intuitive Eating is an evidence-based framework designed to help people in moving toward a positive relationship with food, movement, their bodies and selves. Through our Intuitive Eating program, you will learn to:
Re-establish trust in your body’s innate cues of hunger and fullness.
Discover what foods satisfy you and feel good within your unique body.
Assist you in learning how to move in enjoyable ways (if you want to!)
Develop long-lasting body respect and kindness. We believe in breaking cycles!
