Payment and Session Policies

Payment is taken at the end of appointment times (if not already processed through the self-booking and payment portal prior to the appointment). Services may be paid with credit card, relevant insurances, and any relevant Government schemes (for example DVA and Medicare).

For appointments within the Centre, relevant Private Health or Medicare rebates will be instantly rebated back to the client post payment. For appointments conducted within the home or online/virtual, you will be responsible for organising your rebate back through Medicare or your Private Health Fund for a session not conducted within the Centre in person.

An appointment time has been set aside for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 2 working days’ notice (48 hours – Monday to Friday) or a standard fee of $75 will be charged. Of course, there are circumstances which arise unforeseen, where this may not be possible, whereby we are happy to make exceptions at these times. Please refer to the Service Agreement that will be sent to you at the time of booking your appointment at the Centre, for further details surrounding this.

Appointments start on time. If you arrive late, the session will end at the allocated conclusion time so please arrive on time so we can get the most out of our time together 😀
